secXtreme offers to integrate the honeyBox into the customers network infrastructure. This is especially useful if

• IT staff has not attended the honeyBox trainings,
• or IT staff is not fimiliar with the appliance
• or it is a larger installation including a great many of appliances.

After the installation secXtreme offers following honeyBox services:

• Software updates from secXtreme website download area
• Support by telephone and e-mail (English and German) 5x8
• Offline update media for honeyBox appliances in restricted networks without internet access (option)
• Next Business Day Hardware Pre-Exchange (NBD) within Europe (option)
• Warrenty Extension to replace defective hardware within Europe (option)
• Permission to keep the hard disk or flash disk when returning the hardware appliance for exchange (option)
• Incident handling after detected successful attacks including IT-forensics
